Garden City, N.Y. – Adelphi University used a balanced attack to record a 3-0 win over the Le Moyne College volleyball team on Sunday afternoon in Northeast-10 Conference action at the Center for Recreation and Sport.

The Panthers started off the match by taking the first game by a score of 25-17. They doubled their lead with a 25-22 victory in the second game. Adelphi closed out the match with a 25-21 win in the third game.

Freshman outside hitter Natalie Casson (Kingman, Ariz./Kingman) led the Dolphins in the loss with a match-high 13 kills, while adding five digs. Junior setter Megan Maisonet (Pine Bush, N.Y./Pine Bush) directed the Le Moyne offense with 28 assists, while adding a match-best 10 digs for her ninth double-double of the season.

Shelby Stoner led four Panthers with at least eight kills, while hitting at a .412-clip and posting five blocks. Kaitlyn DeStefano tallied eight kills and four blocks, Colleen Raga registered eight kills and three blocks and Amanda Borges recorded eight kills, three digs and two blocks. Katie Bryson dished out 36 assists and had five blocks, four digs, four kills and two service aces, while Sierra Crook led the Panthers defensively with 10 digs.

Le Moyne (7-10, 1-4 NE-10) returns to the court on Friday at Merrimack College at 7:00 p.m.
