UNBEATEN NAZARETH UPDENDS LE MOYNE WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING
ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Alison Lesher won three events, but Nazareth updended Le Moyne 186-114 in a women's swimming and diving meet at Nazareth College. The Golden Flyers improves to 7-0 on the season, while Le Moyne drops to 6-3. It marked Le Moyne's return to action after a winter break training trip to Barbados.
Lesher set a pool record in the 1,500 free with a time of 17:55.61. She also won the 100 free and 400 free. Kayla Ehle won the 200 free for Le Moyne in 2:15.63.
Nazareth junior Emily Lesher, Alison's twin sister, won three events for Nazareth and set records in two. She broke pool and school records in the 100 backstroke with a winning time of 1:07.50. Lesher also broke her own pool and school records in the 200 IM with a first-place finish of 2:27.36.
Le Moyne travels to Ithaca College for a dual meet on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
