Lesher named Women's Swimming Athlete of the
Week
SOUTH EASTON, Mass. - Le Moyne College junior Alison Lesher
(Sherrill, NY/V-V-S) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference
Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week. Lesher won three events in
the Dolphins' duel meet victory over Hamilton (156-135). She placed
first in the 100-yard butterfly (59.77), 500-yard free (5:23.76)
and the 50-yard butterfly (27.62).
This marks the fifth time that Lesher, the Most Valuable Swimmer of the meet at the Northeast-10 Conference Swimming & Diving Championship, has been named the women's swimming athlete of the week this season.
The Dolphins (10-3) return to action next Wednesday, February
14th when they host the NYSWCAA Championship at
Nottingham High School Pool.
