#4 ST. ROSE SECURES TWO LATE GOALS TO EDGE LE MOYNE 2-0

ALBANY, NY - The Le Moyne College women's soccer team fell to #4 ranked St. Rose on Thursday by the score of 2-0. The Golden Knights used two goals in the 84th minute to secure the victory. St. Rose improves to 14-0-2 on the season as Le Moyne falls to 8-7-1, 4-7-1 in the Northeast 10 Conference.

With the game tied at 0-0 late in the second half, St. Rose's Kaitlyn Berry beat Le Moyne goalkeeper Amanda Abbatiello from 25 yards out to give the Golden Knight a 1-0 advantage. Golden Knights' midfielder Ashley McGuire would follow Berry's goal with a mark of her own just :34 second later on Jazmine Farell's second assist on the day.

Abbatiello made eight saves in goal for the Dolphins in the loss. Le Moyne returns to action on Saturday, October 20th when they travel to take on Southern New Hampshire at 1:00 PM
