LE MOYNE UNVEILS NEW TED GRANT COURT DESIGN

SYRACUSE, NY – The Le Moyne volleyball and basketball teams will take the floor next fall on a court with a brand new look. The athletic department unveiled the new court design for Ted Grant Court featuring the program’s new logo. The design also features an extended 3-point line for men’s basketball as well as a pair of Northeast-10 (NE-10) logos in the paint. [more]

CORYEA PICKED TO ALL NORTHEAST-10 SECOND TEAM

SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – Courtney Coryea was chosen to the All Northeast-10 Conference Second Team for a season that saw the sophomore pace Le Moyne on the offensive and defensive ends. Coryea led the team in multiple offensive categories and was a defensive force in the low post. [more]

FRANKLIN PIERCE SQUEAKS BY LE MOYNE; DOGGING ELIMINATION.

RINDGE, NH. -The Le Moyne women’s basketball team nearly defeated #2 Franklin Pierce in the quarter final round with a last second shot by Kathleen Gladstone that hit the front end. The Dolphins fall short 54-53, ending their season with an overall record of 15-13. Sophomore Courtney Coryea led the Dolphins with 14 points. Vanessa Holden and Katie Dunn each scored 9 points apiece in the Dolphins loss. [more]

DOLPHINS ADVANCE TO NE-10 QUARTERFINAL WITH 53-39 VICTORY OVER SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.

SYRACUSE, NY -The Le Moyne College women's basketball team defeated Southern New Hampshire 53-39 in the first round of NE-10 action. This was the third meeting of the season between these clubs. The Dolphins defeated the Owls 60-58 at Ted Grant Court earlier in the season and defeated them at Southern New Hampshire 57-56. The Dolphins (15-12, 11-11 NE-10) will travel to New Hampshire on Tuesday March 4 to square off with Franklin Pierce. The Dolphins’s Katie Dunn’s 16 points led Le Moyne. [more]

NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES FIRST ROUND MATCH-UPS FOR BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

SOUTH EASTON, MA - The Northeast-10 Conference has announced the first round pairing for the 2008 NE-10 Basketball Championships. On Saturday, March 1st, the #8 men will host #9 St. Anselm at 2:00 PM. The #7 women will be in action the following day, Sunday, March 2nd as they host #10 Southern New Hampshire at 2:00 PM.
