SYRACUSE, NY Sophomore Gina Micaroni (Blossvale, NY / Canastota) and freshman Emma DAmbro (Schaghticoke, NY / Hoosic Valley) placed first and second respectively as the Dolphins hosted The College of Saint Rose and Bryant & Stratton at home on Saturday. Micaroni paced the 5K course in 20:07 while DAmbro followed :04 later at 20:11. Freshman Nicholas Cutter (Housatonic, MA / Monument Mountain) was Le Moynes top finisher on the mens side with time of 29:08, good for second place.

Bethlehem, Pa. Senior Jake McAndrew (Oswego, N.Y./Oswego) finished in second place among 245 runners to lead the Le Moyne College mens cross country team to a 16th-place finish at the 36th annual Brooks Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh on the Goodman Campus. Sophomore Gina Micaroni (Blossvale, N.Y./Canastota) posted a 10th-place finish among 248 runners to lead the womens squad to a 14th-place finish.

Mansfield, Penn. During the first annual Mountaineer Flatland Invitational on Saturday, senior Jake McAndrew (Oswego, N.Y./Oswego) placed 5th overall in a field of 49 runners as the Le Moyne mens cross country team tied for fifth place in the 10K event. In the womens 6K event, freshman Emma D'Ambro (Schaghticoke, N.Y./Hoosic Valley) led Le Moyne as she finished with a time of 22:40.80 to place 11th in a field of 74 runners. The womens team finished in eighth place.
