Saint Rose Joust Men's Results 

MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY: LE MOYNE FOURTH AT SAINT ROSE JOUST

ALBANY, N.Y. – Sophomore Patrick Stagnitta (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) finished 13th and freshman Peter Gratien (East Syracuse, N.Y./East Syracuse-Minoa) crossed 14th to help the Le Moyne men’s cross country team to a fourth place finish at the inaugural Golden Knights Cross Country Joust hosted by the College of Saint Rose at the Crossings of Colonie.

Adelphi landed two of the top three runners to take the top spot. Saint Rose and St. Thomas Aquinas tied for second, followed by Le Moyne, Delhi, Mercy and Molloy.

An unattached runner, Dan Haggerty, broke the tape with a winning time of 26:31 while junior Jaime Julia-Perez (Amsterdam, NY/Amsterdam) and graduate student Ryan Soltan (Sayville, NY/Sayville) of Adelphi were the top two collegiate finishers with times of 26:40 and 26:54 respectively.

 

Stagnitta finished in 28:13, while Gratien crossed one second later.
