MEN'S TENNIS AWARDED NORTHEAST-10 ACADEMIC TEAM EXCELLENCE AWARD

Syracuse, N.Y. -  SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Northeast-10 Conference announced on Thursday the recipients of the NE-10 Team Academic Excellence Awards for the 2011-12 academic year. For the second time in the last three years, the Le Moyne College men's tennis team captured the academic honor with a team grade point average (GPA) of 3.530.  The conference honors one team in each of their sponsored sports with the highest grade point average.

The men's tennis team, a 2010 recipient of this award, finished the season 7-9 overall and 6-5 in the NE-10 to earn a sixth-seed in the conference championships.
