DOLPHINS FALL TO MERRIMACK 8-1 IN NE-10
OPENER
North Andover, Mass. - The Le Moyne College men's tennis team fell
to Merrimack by the score of 8-1 on Saturday, Sept. 13 in the
Northeast-10 Conference opener for both teams. Seniors Ben Jordan
(Cassville, N.Y. / Mt. Markham) and Chris Meeker (Wampsville,
N.Y./Oneida) claimed their first doubles victory of the season as
the Dolphins fell to 0-2, 0-1 in the NE-10.
Jordan and Meeker combined to defeat Jon Ravenelle and Sean Pahler
by a score of 8-6 at third doubles.
Le Moyne returns to action on Sunday in Colchester, Vt. to take on
Saint Michael's at 12:30 p.m.
