Men's Soccer

ANGELO REINA, MARK LUKOWIECKI & MATT PECHEONE NAMED NSCAA NEW ENGLAND ALL-REGION.
SYRACUSE, NY - Following the program's second NCAA Tournament appearance in three seasons, three members of the Le Moyne men's soccer team were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division II All-New England Region teams.
Freshman Angelo Reina was named to the first team following a rookie campaign where he tied for the team lead (Steve Blackwell) with 19 points. Reina was named the NE-10 Co-Freshman of the Year and second team all-conference.
Senior Mark Lukowiecki was named second team All-Region as he moved from the back to the midfield in 2007. Lukowiecki responded with four goals and two assist as he was fourth on the team in points with 10. He was named second-team all-conference
Junior Matt Pecheone was also named second team All-Region following a campaign that saw him net five goals to place third on the team with 11 points. His season highlight came against Stonehill where he netted a career high three goals in a 4-1 victory. Pecheone was named third team all-conference.
