Syracuse, N.Y. Le Moyne College Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics Matt Bassett announced today the hiring of Eric MacCaull as Director of Internal Support Services. As a member of the Athletic Department leadership team, MacCaull will oversee game management, athletic facility planning, the equipment room and serve as the athletic department liaison with campus events.

SYRACUSE, NY Five Le Moyne College student-athletes were honored by the Northeast-10 Conference on Thursday as they were announced members of their respective NE-10 All-Academic teams. Junior Jack Venditti (Baldwinsville / Baldwinsville, NY) earned honors in mens lacrosse, graduating seniors Bailey Phillips (Rochester, N.Y./Greece-Arcadia) and Kelly Schweikert (Rochester, N.Y./Spencerport) were named to the softball squad and sophomores Joe Pesia (Spencerport, N.Y./Spencerport) and Jim Shelp (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Sutherland) collected honors in mens tennis.

Baltimore, Md. Most Outstanding Player Eddie Plompen scored four goals, including three in the fourth quarter, and dished out an assist to lead #1-ranked C.W. Post to a 14-9 win over the third-ranked Le Moyne College mens lacrosse team in the NCAA Division II National Championship on Sunday afternoon at M&T Bank Stadium in front of a crowd of 20,734.
