MLAX: MCIVER EARNS NORTHEAST-10 WEEKLY HONORS, LE MOYNE REMAINS
RANKED NO. 2
Syracuse, N.Y. - Senior goalkeeper Doug McIver
(Altamont, N.Y./Albany Academy) picked up his
third straight Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week award as
announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.
McIver, who has led the Dolphins to a 3-0 record to start the
season, made 10 saves and allowed only five goals against #4
Mercyhurst. McIver has played all 180 minutes in goal while only
yielding 13 goals for a 4.33 goals against average and making 28
saves for a .683 save percentage.
The Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team was ranked #2 for the
fifth consecutive week in the USILA poll released on Monday. The
Dolphins will host #3-ranked C.W. Post on Saturday, March
21st at the Carrier Dome at 5:00 PM.
