LE MOYNE EARNS SEVENTH CONSECUTIVE BERTH IN NCAA TOURNAMENT; 'PHINS HOST BRYANT ON SATURDAY, MAY 17TH AT 1:00 PM
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The two-time defending national champion Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team will face Bryant for the third time this season as they host the Bulldogs in the NCAA semifinals on Saturday, May 17th at 1:00 PM. This marks the seventh consecutive bid to the tournament for the Dolphins dating back to 2002.
The Dolphins and Bulldogs faced off in early March. Behind four goals from NE-10 Player of the Year Mike McDonald, Le Moyne captured the 8-3 victory at the Niland Athletic Complex. Both clubs squared off again in the conference championship game as Bryant evened the score with a 5-4 victory. The semifinal game will mark the first time in program history Le Moyne has hosted one team three times in season.
Tickets are available at the gate for Saturday's game. Tickets for adults are $5 and seniors, youth and students are admitted for $3. Additionally, suvenior shirts and programs will be available with a concession area.

The championship provides for a four-team tournament.
One team from each of the three regions (North, Central and South)
and one at-large team from any region were selected to participate
in the men's lacrosse championship. Teams selected from the same
region were paired for semifinal competition. Semifinal competition
is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, or Sunday, May 18.
The semifinal sites and team matchups are as follows:

Central/South Regions: *NYIT (11-1)vs.
Limestone (14-1) - Sat. May 17th @ 1:00 PM
Note: * Denotes host institution.
This year’s semifinal winners will advance to the final,
which will be contested at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, May 25, Gillette
Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and televised live by CBS
College Sports Network. That game will be preceded by the Division
III championship at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time, also at Gillette
Stadium and televised on CBS College Sports Network. The Division I
semifinals and championship are May 24 and 26 at the same site.
