MARTINS & TESORI PLACE IN A TIE FOR 26TH & 31ST
RESPECTIVELY AT NCAA SUPER REGIONALS.
MIDDLETOWN, DE – Competing as individuals in the 2008 NCAA
East/Northeast Super Regionals, Le Moyne’s Tim Martins and
Joe Tesori wrapped up their tournament on Wednesday at the Back
Creek Golf Course. With a three-day score of 240 (+27), Martins
placed in a tie for 26th overall. Senior Joe Tesori was one shot
back at 241 (+28), good enough for tie for 31st.
Dominican’s Brian Mackey earned medalist honors with a score
of 222 (+9). Patrick Schwarze was three shots off the pace and
placed second overall.
Northeast-10 Conference foe Bryant edged out Pace University by one
stroke to earn top team honors with a score of 916 (+64).
