DOLPHINS TUNE UP FOR CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS WITH MATCH AGAINST HAMILTON
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Le Moyne's golf team played a match against Hamilton College Thursday September 21, at the Drumlins East Golf Course in Syracuse, NY. Fifteen golfers competed for the two schools as the Dolphins tuned up for the Northeast-10 Conference Championships this Saturday. Three golfers posted a top score of 76 at the outing which included Le Moyne sophomore Mark Sierotnik, Le Moyne's own Matt Beadnell, and Hamilton freshman Phil Preiss.
Rounding out the top five were Will Schwartz (Le Moyne-78), and Tim Martins (Le Moyne-78). The rest of the field finished as follows: Mike Mancini (Le Moyne-79), Brian Tischler (Le Moyne-80), Branden Cristello (Le Moyne-80), Blake McLennan (Hamilton-80), Jeff Corbett (Hamilton-80), Dan Hurwitz (Hamilton-81), Dan Griffith (Hamilton-85), Trevor Morgan (Le Moyne-87), Eamon O'Brien (Le Moyne-88), and Aaron Brunner (Le Moyne-90).
Le Moyne will be competing this weekend in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships at the Links at Sunset Ridge in Marcellus, NY. Golfers tee off in "shotgun" starts on Saturday at 1 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m. Look for all the tournament results at http://www.lemoynedolphins.com/ .
