Le Moyne Athletics : Le Moyne basketball doubleheader live on Time Warner Sports throughout upstate New York on Saturday

SATURDAY'S LE MOYNE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL LIVE ON TIME WARNER SPORTS, GAMES WILL APPEAR LIVE ALL OVER UPSTATE NEW YORK

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Le Moyne's final regular season home basketball doubleheader will be broadcast live throughout upstate New York. The women's game, which tips at just after 2 p.m. will air live on Time Warner Channel 26 in Central and Northern New York, Channel 21 in Corning/Hornell, Channel 23 in Binghamton, Channel 43 in Elmira and in Oneonta on Digital Channel 102. In addition to those outlets, the men's game will air live on Time Warner Channel 3 in Albany starting at 4 p.m.

Le Moyne women's basketball will honor seniors Lindsay Carr (Bronx, N.Y./Preston) and Lindsay Ellis (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport), while the men's team will recognize seniors Matt Cooper (Fulton, N.Y./Fulton), Phil Schoff (Little Falls, N.Y./Little Falls) and Adam Zaremba (Endicott, N.Y./Union-Endicott) prior to their respective games. At halftime of the women's game, the three NCAA tournament teams from the 2006 calendar year and Le Moyne's swimming All-Americans will be recognized.

NewsChannel 9 Sports Director Steve Infanti will handle the play-by-play with Dan Liedka on the color commentary for the games. The Le Moyne women's basketball team brings an 8-15 overall mark and 4-14 record in the Northeast-10 Conference. The Dolphins have won their last two home games. The men's basketball team (11-12, 8-10 Northeast-10) saw its three-game winning streak come to an end with a last-second 64-63 loss at Pace on Wednesday evening.

General admission tickets ($4 adults, $2 students/senior citizens) for Saturday's game will be available at the door. Le Moyne College students, faculty and staff will be admitted free with proper identification. Le Moyne College students in attendance will have the opportunity to win two 30GB Video iPods and several $50 Visa gift cards.

The Time Warner Syracuse division includes homes from Plattsburgh, Rome, Syracuse, Ithaca and more. The games will be rebroadcast on those stations on Sunday at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check your local listings for additional rebroadcast information.
