New Orleans, La. - Senior Sam Honeck drilled a three-run triple to

left field to plate Allain from second base.
After three scoreless innings, the Green Wave broke the game open

Ondrako (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) retired the first two
batters to open the inning. Scott Powell kept the inning alive for
the Green Wave when he reached on an error. Tulane then loaded the
bases as Josh Prince was hit by a pitch and Seth Henry was walked.
Rob Segedin then walked to score the first run of the frame.
Honeck, a senior first baseman, then connected on his
bases-clearing triple to right center. Rodgers completed the Green
Wave's scoring with a double to left field to drive in Honeck.
The Dolphins answered back with a run in the top of the seventh
inning. Senior second baseman Chris Murphy (Laurel Hollow,
N.Y./St. Dominic's) opened the inning with a single to
left field. Senior designated hitter Mike Brown (Vestal,
N.Y./Vestal) followed with a double to drive in Murphy.
Flynn retired the next three batters to get out of the inning.
Nandin led the Dolphins at the plate with two of the team's five
hits. Sophomore southpaw Cory Nelson (Manlius,
N.Y./Fayetteville-Manlius) suffered the loss for the
Dolphins, yielding five hits in 4.2 innings, while striking out
three batters. Ondrako, charged with five unearned runs, tossed one
inning, while freshman right-hander Erik Lambe (Vestal,
