Le Moyne College baseball starts the beginning of conference play this weekend,  heading down to Rider University for a three game set. The Dolphins started the season 2-13 overall and are looking to get things up and running come this weekend against the Broncs. Le Moyne Dolphins head coach Steve Owens has named his starting rotation for this weekend. Getting the starts for Saturday's doubleheader will be two right handed pitchers, senior Bobby Blevins (Briarcliff, N.Y./Briarcliff), and sophomore Eric Beaulac (Troy, N.Y./Troy). Leading the way on Sunday will be another right hander, Brandon Otto (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse). 

Blevins has started off the season with a 1-2 record and a 4.97 earned run average. He is leading the team with strikeouts with 17 in 25.1 innings pitched. Blevins is going head-to-head against right handed sophomore Mike Petrowski from Rider in the first game of the doubleheader. Petrowski thus far on the season has posted a 2-1 record with a 3.20 earned run average and holding opponents to a .229 batting average.

Starting things off in the second game of the doubleheader will be Eric Beaulac for the Dolphins who has recorded a 0-1 record with a 5.68 earned run average. Beaulac has also held opponents to a .242 batting average. Heading to the mound for the Broncs will be sophomore Jimmer Kennedy. Kennedy has a record of 0-2, with 10 strikeouts in 12.0 innings. 

Getting things going on Sunday for the Le Moyne Dolphins will be Brandon Otto, who is looking to get his first win this season for the Dolphins. Also looking to get his first win will be the junior for Rider, Will O'Connor. 

Providing the offensive for the Dolphins will be junior shortstop Andy Parrino (Brockport, N.Y. /Brockport). Parrino is leading the team with a .383 batting average and is tied for the team lead in runs batted in with four. He is also second on the team in runs scored with six. The big bat right now for the Broncs is sophomore shortstop James Hayes. Hayes has a batting average of .300 with 10 runs batted in, eight runs scored and two stolen bases.
