LAKE CHARLES, La. - Senior Bobby Blevins (Briarcliff,
N.Y./Briarcliff) earned his program career record 24th win
as preseason MAAC favorite Le Moyne opened the season with a 3-2
win at defending Southland Conference Champion McNeese State.
Andy Parrino (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport) belted
two doubles for the Dolphins (1-0).
Le Moyne totaled seven hits. Matt Nandin (North Syracuse,
N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) tripled and Phil St.
Amant (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport) doubled. The Dolphins
turned two double plays.
Le Moyne plays the second of three games with the Cowboys (0-8) on
Saturday at 3 p.m. CST.
