Cleveland, Ohio – Forty-six student-athletes from Le Moyne College have earned 2012-13 D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards, as announced by the Division II Athletics Directors Association.

Overall, a record 6,922 Division II student-athletes from a record 171 institutions were recognized with Academic Achievement Awards. Le Moyne’s honorees represent all 17 of the College’s varsity programs. The volleyball program had the most members recognized with eight student-athletes, while the women’s lacrosse team and the women’s soccer team had seven and six members honored, respectively. Eligible student-athletes must have recorded a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through at least four collegiate semesters and have been an active member of a varsity athletic program during his/her last academic year.

In late June, 164 Le Moyne student-athletes were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring 2013 semester.
