LE MOYNE ANNOUNCES MEMBERS OF THE NE-10 COMMISSIONER’S FALL HONOR ROLL
SYRACUSE, N.Y - A total of 182 Le Moyne College student-athletes
were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s
Honor Roll for the fall 2011 semester, as announced by the
conference earlier this month.
The NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognizes
student-athletes in championship sponsored sports who earned a
grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better during the fall
semester. Le Moyne ranked third among the 16 institutions in
highest percentage of student-athletes honored with 62% (182 of
295).
The NE-10 does not sponsor a championship in Women’s
Golf.
During the 2011 fall semester, Le Moyne student-athletes achieved an average GPA of 3.19 and have maintained an average cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher for a record-setting 17 consecutive semesters. Additionally, among the 305 student-athletes, 95 – nearly one-third of all student-athletes – achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher. These 95 student-athletes represent the College’s highest total on record.
