LE MOYNE MAKES A SPLASH WITH NEWLY REDESIGNED WWW.LEMOYNEDOLPHINS.COM

SYRACUSE, NY – The Le Moyne College Department of Athletics, in conjunction with PrestoSports, unveiled the newly redesigned website www.lemoynedolphins.com on Friday, August 29th. The goal of the redesign was to increase the level of interactivity and provide a venue to showcase the accomplishments of Le Moyne College student-athletes. In addition to an updated design, the website will feature easier navigation and a number of new resources for Dolphins’ fans, parents, alumni and media.

"Our continued focus on creating a broad range of exciting and interactive brand recognition strategies has taken another huge leap forward with the release of our new web site," said Matt Bassett, Director of Athletics. "With this release we are able to share our unique Le Moyne athletic story and present it in a more comprehensive, yet user-friendly format. Our goal of designing a site that serves our athletes and their families and friends, our loyal alumni, the campus community, and prospective student-athletes and their parents, has been achieved with the new lemoynedolphins.com site."

"It was evident from the first redesign meetings that Le Moyne wanted to make a unique splash with the new LeMoyneDolphins.com," says PrestoSports Vice President Patrick Summers. "We're excited to provide the tools with the flexibility to help meet their vision."

The website will feature a flash home page which prominently highlights the accomplishments on the field, in the classroom and in the community by Le Moyne student-athletes. This home page allows the athletic department great flexibility to showcase the College’s achievements throughout the year.

Visitors to www.lemoynedolphins.com will also notice a number of new features. Video highlights have been integrated in each team page and will be updated throughout the season with highlights of games and events. Utilizing the PrestoSports network, team pages will also feature up-to-date conference standings in the Northeast-10, a comprehensive events calendar and immediate sharing of game results across the country. Additionally, the website will have a mobile version formatted for handheld devices, accessed by logging on to www.lemoynedolphins.com/m.

In an attempt to enhance the level of interactivity in the site, each Le Moyne head coach will have a comprehensive ‘Coaches Blog’ program in which he/she provides periodic updates on the news and events within their program.
