Jason Sousa joins the Dolphins Men's Soccer staff as a Graduate
Assistant Coach. The International Business major graduated
from Plattsburgh State University in 2006 where he was a stand out
soccer player for four years. Sousa was a First Team All
Conference and All-American selection three years in a row.
The 2005 Conference MVP was also named Plattsburgh State Male
Athlete of the year in both 2005 and 2006. Following his
career at Plattsburgh, Sousa was drafted in the first round to the
USL Rochester Raging Rhinos professional soccer team. Along
with his experience on the field, Sousa brings management,
operations, and coaching experience to the Dolphins. Since
2002, Sousa has helped coach and develop various youth soccer
programs including his most recent position as Head Coach of the
Brampton Youth Soccer Club in Brampton, Ontario.
