Craig Lane
‘07 was named Le Moyne College's Assistant Director of Sports
Information in the summer of 2008. In this role, Lane is
responsible for assisting with the media relations, statistics,
website and game management for the athletic program.
Prior to returning to Le Moyne, Lane was an athletic media
relations assistant at the University at Albany for one year. At
UAlbany, he was the athletic media relations contact for the men's
soccer, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's indoor
track and field, men's and women's outdoor track and field, women's
golf and baseball programs.
A native of Morrisville, N.Y., Lane is a 2007 graduate of Le Moyne
College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, with a concentration in marketing. As a student,
Lane assisted in the sports information office for four years. Lane
traveled as the sports information contact for the Division II
Softball World Series in 2005 and 2006, the men's soccer team's
appearance in the NCAA New England Regional in 2005 and the
Division II Men's Lacrosse National Championship games in 2006 and
2007. Lane also accompanied the men's and women's basketball teams
as the sports information contact for road games in his last two
years.
