Playing a Club Sport will give you all the challenge on a less-formal basis than a varsity sport.
All club teams are given qualified coaches, practice facilities and uniforms.
Women’s Club Basketball
The Women's Club Basketball began its first season in the fall of 2012. Club practices are held a few times a week with games on select weekends.

Equestrian Club
Riders learn on a variety of safe, quality lesson horses, all of which are show horses; thus giving the greatest opportunity to grow in skill and confidence. Riding starts with a solid foundation of proper equitation and horsemanship with the ultimate goal being superb horsemanship alongside sportsmanship.

Fencing Club
The fencing team practices two times a week on campus and members can take additional lessons or practice time at the Syracuse Musketeers Fencing Club which is a short distance from campus.
The coach is Lubomir Kalpaktchiev who has more than two decades of experience as a fencing competitor and coach. A former Bulgarian National Champion and Olympic team member, Lubo has won the gold medal in epee at the Empire State Games. His students have competed at the highest levels of the sport. Currently, team members practice on epee but will expand to practice and compete on all three fencing weapons; epee, foil and sabers.

Women’s Field Hockey Club
The team is open to students without previous experience, as well as those who may have played before attending Le Moyne. Tryouts are held in the fall, and practices are held a few times per week through the season.
The team competes in the NYS Club Field Hockey League that includes colleges such as Syracuse, Cornell, and Hobart and William Smith. Games occur generally once a week (typically on the weekends) throughout the months of September, October, and November.
There are also various practices, pick-up games, scrimmages, and tournaments held throughout the off-season. The women's field hockey club made the playoffs in 2011.

Ultimate Frisbee Club
The Le Moyne Ultimate Frisbee Club (The Le Moyne Green Goblins) was founded in 2010. The team is co-ed with players from all skill levels that practice and participate in tournament style matches in the fall and spring seasons.
The team hosts their Annual Bone Chiller Mixed Tournament each fall and competes in the Western New York Division III Conference Championship each spring.
The team has a tradition of Frisbee Fridays where every Friday the team will play pick-up and unwind from a long week of studies.

Men’s Ice Hockey Club
Men’s ice hockey season begins in October and ends in February with league playoffs. Ice hockey games are played at the Meacham Ice Rink.
In 2012 they won the National Association of Intercollegiate Hockey. Le Moyne had 3 All-Americans, 5 Scholar All-Americans (w/ 3.0 GPA or higher), Player of the Year and Coach of the Year.

Men’s Lacrosse Club
The Men's Lacrosse Club was founded in 2010.
The team competes in the NCLL (National College Lacrosse League) Empire Division. The level of play has risen and is making Le Moyne a contender in the Empire Division. Some of the teams that Le Moyne faces are Syracuse, Cortland and Ithaca.

Men’s Rugby Club The Men’s Rugby Club (The Koonducks) was established circa 1977. The rugby club is open to recruiting players that are new to the sport. Many alumni teammates return in the spring for the annual rugby alumni game. The season officially begins in the fall. In the spring, the team competes in the New York State Empire East Division II against teams from Colgate, Hamilton, Union and RPI. Schedule and scores are posted at www.nysrugby.org. The women have made an appearance in the playoffs 4 out of 6
seasons. In the 2008 season the team took the New York State D III
State Title and competed in the National Tournament in
Philadelphia, PA. By winning the New York State Div III Title,
the team automatically moved up a division to West Div II College
Women.

The official season begins in the fall, however, in the spring the team competes in tournaments throughout New York State.

Sailing Club
The Le Moyne College Club Sailing Team will begin the fall of 2013. Practice will be held at the Skaneateles Country Club. The practices will focus on skill development in Club 420’s before competing in a few local events. While the team will practice and host events in Club 420’s, team members will gain experience in sailing and competing in FJs, Lasers, Fire Flys, etc.

Tae Kwon Do Club
Tae Kwon Do increases physical fitness, gets you in shape, teaches self defense, provides instruction in a martial art and promotion through the belt ranks.
Through group and individualized instruction, participants learn at their own pace. The program is designed for you to come to class when you can allowing you to pick up where you left off in instruction.
