SYRACUSE, N.Y. – For the third consecutive year, the Le Moyne College Athletic Department has been recognized at the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) convention during the annual awards ceremony held on Tuesday, June 26th.

Le Moyne was awarded a silver medal in the category of ‘Single Newspaper Display Advertisement’ after publishing a full-page advertisement in the spring edition of The Post Standard’s CNY Sports Magazine. Le Moyne has collected four NACMA awards in the past three years. The design featured recent graduate Brittany Brigandi, a two-time All-American member of the women’s lacrosse team.

In addition to supporting the NCAA Division II strategic marketing platform of ‘Life in the Balance,’ the creative featured Le Moyne College’s ‘Dolphins are…’ theme recently showcased in the college-wide marketing campaign.

The artwork for the advertisements was created by the Le Moyne College Sports Information Office, with photography provided by Greg Wall.

Initiated in 2003, the NACMA Awards program honors outstanding achievement in marketing and promotions. Awards are presented each year in 13 categories, divided into three groups based upon school size and conference affiliations. A record-breaking total of 950 entries were received for the 2011-12 year.

The winners were presented their awards during NACMA's 21st Annual Convention, held this past weekend in Dallas, Texas.
